How do I download my guide?

After payment, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive a receipt email from Stripe. If you have trouble downloading, email us with your order details and we will resend the PDF.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all guides. Just email tom@gummyguide.com with the word REFUND within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.

What format are the guides?

All guides are delivered as PDF files. They work on any device -- phone, tablet, or computer. You can print them if you prefer a physical copy.

I lost my PDF. Can you resend it?

Absolutely. Email us with the email address you used to purchase and we will send you a fresh download link.

Do you offer bulk or team pricing?

Not currently, but email us if you are interested and we will work something out.

I found an error in a guide

We appreciate you letting us know. Email us the details and we will fix it and send you an updated version.

Can I suggest a guide topic?

Yes! We love hearing what problems people need help with. Email us your suggestion -- if enough people have the same problem, we will build a guide for it.
