I lost 35 lbs about a year and a half ago, and it seems that no matter how much I work out or how little I eat, I always get bloated by the end of the day. I don't eat wheat and I don't eat potatoes due to an allergy. I eat small portions of broccoli, spinach, almonds, eggs, etc., every day. I'm about 5'6" and my weight fluctuates between 117-122 weekly. Today I ate: broccoli (about 4 florets) and a hardboiled egg with a dab of mayo rice krispy treat (bakesale at school) brown rice pasta with alfredo tiny little caesar salad made with spinach, no fixins. * 2 cups of OJ (with my vitamin supplement) And THIS is how I look about to head off to bed.
