I was. For many years. . ANGRY. With the world. FRUSTATED. With myself. SAD. That I was alone. . I was ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that finding just ONE person to talk to would be the solution to all my problems. Boy, was I wrong. After several years self-reflecting and working on myself, I realised the reason I was stuck in this negative cycle was EVERYTHING to do with me. I eventually found myself still alone, but not lonely, angry, frustrated or sad. And eventually after that, I found myself no longer alone. .
