THE QUESTION

Hi all, I have been doing keto for 2 plus months now. Started out great. I am down about 30 pounds to date. I am a 30 m , 6’1 and currently 245 pound. I keep my carbs under 30 and calories around 1500-1800 a day. Realistically my macros are probably 50% fat and 50% protein. I suffered some stomach cramps my third week in but I increased my water intake, started taking a electrolyte supplement ( keto K1000 electrolyte) and fiber mixed with water once a day and started taking magnesium citrate supplement at night. That seemed to help the issue. However Monday I started to get cramps again and have been having them pretty much all day for the last five days. They have got so bad that they made me vomit twice. I am so frustrated as I don’t want to stop keto but I just feel so ill and dow

TL;DR

Chronic stomach issues often stem from imbalances in the nervous, endocrine, and digestive systems. Addressing the root cause through lifestyle changes can provide relief.
