Can't poop. Please send help.

THE QUESTION

Hey guys. 19F 5'6 145lbs. I recently started IIFYM, 1722kcal 129p/194c/48f. Since I upped my protein and started tracking my food, my poops have been quite unsatisfactory. I used to have the most glorious poops but now it's just nothing. In the last month I've probably had 4 good poops and I haven't had anything in the last 8 days. I've upped my fibre (30g daily), I'm taking magnesium, I'm drinking at least four litres of water a day and I'm drinking coffee. Nothing. Nothing is working and I'm getting really frustrated. And all the fibre is just making me gassy. (Sorry) Now, tomorrow my fiancé and I are leaving for a week and I really would like to resolve this before we go. I don't have time to see a doctor before we go, so I need some suggestions. Part of me thinks I should just
