A real question from r/nutrition that deserves a real answer. Not generic advice — specific steps.
I've been researching nutritional psychiatry (i.e., the gut-brain connection) lately, basically trying to get a better understanding of the idea that what you eat has an impact on how you feel. Because its a fairly new area of study, this concept is not applied in most nutrition/food logging apps from what I can tell. I'm curious if anyone here has found good ways to monitor these connections? If so, did you find it beneficial?
