I am the first in my family to go into the sales industry, and I do not have any friends that have gone through similar thinks as we have. Been working in the insurance industry for almost two years now. Transitioned from home theater and appliance sales at Best Buy, now work for a top insurance company in a remote call center environment. It all sounded great signing up, work from home, all warm leads, $5k to sign on bonus. Average agent making 2-3k in commission on each month. Training was in depth with great knowledge.
