Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the GummyGuide Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Commission Structure

We operate a tiered commission system based on your monthly performance:

• Standard Tier (70%): $20.30 per sale — Default rate for all affiliates
• Pro Tier (75%): $21.75 per sale — Earn $500+ in a calendar month
• Elite Tier (80%): $23.20 per sale — Earn $1,000+ in a calendar month

Your tier is calculated monthly based on your total commissions earned during that month. Tiers reset on the 1st of each month.

2. Cookie Attribution Window

We use a 30-day cookie window for tracking referrals. When someone clicks your affiliate link:

• A tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days
• You earn commission on any purchase they make within those 30 days
• They can leave the site and return later — you still get credit
• The most recent affiliate link clicked receives attribution

3. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect:

• Payouts are processed automatically within 2 business days of a completed sale
• You must have a connected Stripe Express account to receive payments
• There are no minimum payout thresholds
• Refunded purchases will result in commission clawback

4. Prohibited Activities

The following practices are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination:

• Spam: Unsolicited emails, comment spam, or automated posting
• Misleading claims: False advertising, fake reviews, or dishonest representations
• Trademark misuse: Bidding on our brand name in paid search or using our trademarks without permission
• Self-referrals: Using your own affiliate links to purchase products
• Cookie stuffing: Any technique to artificially inflate cookie placements
• Incentivized clicks: Paying users to click your links or offering rewards for clicks

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote GummyGuide products honestly and accurately
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines)
• Maintain the quality and reputation of the GummyGuide brand
• Keep your contact information and payment details up to date

6. Intellectual Property

GummyGuide retains all rights to its brand, logos, and content. You may use our promotional materials for affiliate purposes, but you may not:

• Modify our logos or branding
• Imply official partnership or endorsement without permission
• Republish our content without attribution

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Damage to the GummyGuide brand or reputation

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for valid sales will still be honored. Commissions from fraudulent or invalid sales will be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

GummyGuide is not liable for:

• Lost commissions due to technical issues or tracking failures
• Changes to commission rates or program structure
• Third-party actions or disputes
